Temporary files
The uploaded PDF is deleted shortly after processing. The result stays available for up to 7 days, then is permanently deleted.
Payment and OCR provider
Payment data is handled by the gateways (Mercado Pago in Brazil, Stripe abroad) — we do not store card data. OCR may run on a third-party provider under a confidentiality agreement, with no use of your files for training.
If you provide an email, it is used only to resend the result link. You may request deletion at any time.
GDPR/LGPD
We process the minimum data needed to deliver the service, with short retention and automatic deletion.
