Terms of use
The service
OCR Nerd extracts text from PDF files for a per-page fee. No account is required; each order is identified by a private link with a token and, optionally, an email address used only to resend that link.
Payment
The price is shown before payment. OCR runs only after the payment is confirmed — Pix (Mercado Pago) in Brazil, card (Stripe) elsewhere. There is no subscription; you pay per order.
Refunds
If processing fails after a successful payment, the amount is refunded automatically to the same payment method.
Acceptable use
You confirm you have the right to process the files you upload and that they do not contain unlawful content. You are responsible for the files you submit.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. OCR accuracy depends on the quality of the original document. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
